Mr. Smits uses his experience litigating breach of contract and related disputes to assist his clients with drafting and negotiating many types of business contracts, including manufacturer's sales representative agreements, sales and supply agreements for the sale of goods, non-disclosure agreements, personal guaranties, promissory notes, independent contractor agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and asset sale agreements. Mr. Smits's experience also includes representing buyers and sellers in the sale of interests in limited liability companies.
