Mr. Smits uses his experience litigating breach of contract and related disputes to assist his clients with drafting and negotiating many types of business contracts, including sales and supply agreements for the sale of goods, personal guaranties, promissory notes, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, asset sale agreements, and commercial real property leases. Mr. Smits's experience also includes representing buyers and sellers in the sale of interests in limited liability companies.
